Wiser Wireless: Aug 2014 – 2015

 

Nokia BTS TD/LTE Certified Level IV Engineer CCP Market

 

 As Nokia external on T-Mobile Rural Americas L700 project Cleveland market, we where directly involved in multiple L700 adds in urban areas as a Nokia Level 4 Engineer. Of the 14 engineers in the CCP market, I was personally responsible for all of the Pittsburgh sites in which I commission and integrated all L1900 and L700 sites in West Virginia until market completion, and transferred to Cleveland market to help the remaining engineer in market complete all sites. Our contribution in Cleveland helped stem the port matrix and 3G 4G shared configuration for the Greenfield project in which I personally assisted Nokia test various configurations as well as the RL70 software release. Worked closely with RF team in Optimization of many sites for GSM and LTE, strategically setting antenna line management and RET corrections for site acceptance.

 

SAO Telecom: Feb 2010 - 2013

 

I worked as remote support with Movil Telecom in Rosaria Argentina as a consultant for the local switch. I trained the field engineers on Nokia RAS 07 08 feature and software upgrades as well as helped with ATM to IP migrations.  At times we helped with BTS alarm clearing and built new sites in the network via CM Editor and CM Operations Mgr in the OSS.  Also worked as a cluster drive tester with Tems test phones and software. Identified KPI fluctuations and resolved performance related issues with call tracing software. I was project lead while performing SW upgrades and several other Optimization projects spirited by the RF team in our regional office.

 

SAO Telecom: Feb 2006 – 2009

 

Worked on live networks within the United States and overseas performing Operation and Maintenance on Ericsson, Nokia and ALU Rnc's and NodeB's both as field engineer and remotely as switch technician. Also performed re-homes iur expansions, and cm parameter modifications. Managed projects from FFA/FOA to auditing and performance monitoring phase. I trained engineers on the Nokia Flexi base station install commission and integration for the WCDMA and LTE version. I trained several junior engineers on how to create and facilitate Ericsson mobatch scripts to make modifications on the Rnc and NodeB’s. I upgraded system module software, troubleshoot alarms, and call tested sites.
